The Line-up of Stars and Pros for Season 6 of DWTS Released:

The Premier show for Season Six of the extremely popular Dancing With The Stars will air on March 17th.  The "Stars" were announced last night and there have been "headlines" all over the internet and on news programs ever since.  Just in case the list has not passed in front of you by now, here it is:

Marlee Matlin partnered by new-to-the-series pro Fabian Sanchez, Christian De la Fuente and pro Cheryl Burke, Shannon Elizabeth and pro Derek Hough, Steve Guttenberg and pro Anna Trebunskaya, Mario and pro Karina Smirnoff, Penn Jillette and pro Kym Johnson, Priscilla Presley and pro Louis Van Amstel, Monica Seles and pro Jonathan Roberts, Jason Taylor and pro Edyta Sliwinska, Marissa Jaret Winokur and pro Tony Dovolani, and Kristi Yamaguchi and pro Mark Ballas.  Pro Julianne Hough will go for her third consecutive win with Adam Carolla.

As in the past, I'll watch the show and render my "inciteful" review a day or so after it airs each week.  We understand that one innovation this season is that, at least once, they will bump 2 stars during the same show.  It should be interesting.  I am most curious to see how Priscilla Presley holds up at age 62 when all but one other contestant is 49 or under.  Jillette - the oldest man in the lineup at 52 - may surprise me but, at first glance, doesn't look like he'll amount to much.  Time will tell.  We'll keep you posted.
